Debuting in 2015 at New York Fashion Week, the Yeezy Boost 350 ushered in a new era of sneakers, white adidas sneakers pairing a minimalist knit upper with adidas Boost cushioning. The shoe would spawn a sequel, the Yeezy 350 v2, that would go on to become a sneaker icon, making good on Kanye West’s promise to deliver Yeezys for all.
The adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 ‘Carbon’ features a breathable Primeknit upper in a neutral black and grey finish. The sneaker’s lateral side adidas yeezy boost 350 v2 zebra features a streak of black via the post-dyed monofilament side stripe, separating a light grey weave up top with mostly black construction on the lower half. No-tie bungee laces deliver a secure fit. The sneaker rides on a full-length Boost midsole, surrounded by a yellow-tinged rubber cage.
The first 350 V2 release since March’s “Cinder,” the “Linen” is set to kick off West and adidas‘s post-Easter drops in style.Where the “Linen” truly advancedonsale differentiates itself from the ever-expanding pack of YEEZY BOOST 350 V2s is its two-tone detailing. The Primeknit upper is dressed in a soft tan hue befitting of the material it’s named after, but unlike most other 350 V2 releases the embellishments are not tonal.
Post-dyed monofilament side stripes, collar trim and sockliners are all presented in a medium best adidas sneakers gray shade, and some early images have indicated that there may be a reflective stripe-equipped version as well.The “Linen” elects to not equip a heel tab, a detail — or lack thereof — that lets the stark juxtaposition of tan and gray speak loudly.
